I have been a life long animal lover and have always known that I wanted to work with animals. In high school, I started working at an animal hospital as an assistant. There, I gained the skills and knowledge needed and eventually became a Vet Tech. I worked in the Northwest Suburbs and Chicago as Vet Tech for 9 years. I have a large amount of experience handling both cats and dogs of all sizes and enjoy working with them.
I had my son, Nico, in 2014 and chose to make a career change. I am currently an office manager for a refrigeration company in the suburbs. I missed interacting and working with animals so I started to foster dogs and volunteered on weekends at a local shelter. I ended up being a foster failure and adopted one of my foster dogs! I currently have 2 dogs, Audrey, an Pitbull/American Bulldog and Duchess, a Dutch Shepard. I started dog walking/petsitting with Wild Things as a weekend job and I can’t tell you how much I love caring for all the animals. I look forward to meeting all your furry family members!
Hi, My name is Maribeth Wiltgen and I lived in the Fox Valley area for over 20 years. I am a Mom to human boys and 3 fur babies. My fur babies are Chance a Morkie 5 yrs old Zoe a yorkiepoo 2 years old and my new baby is Dublin a Wheaten soft coat 6 months old. I choose to be a stay at home Mom for all my babies for the last 20 years. My human babies are all grown and I still love being with my fur babies. I would love the opportunity to walk, watch and take care of your fur babies and other animals you may have. I could not ask for a better job to be active and spread my love for animals.
Hello! I’m Mark Rodriguez and I joined Wild Things Pet Services in July of 2018. Though not currently, I have had pets for a majority of my life and have loved every single one fiercely. Pet sitting is so much fun, I’m able to play with cats and dogs which constantly brings a smile to my face.
Outside of pet sitting, I’m currently an art student at Northern Illinois University. Art is my passion and I set aside at least an hour a day to practice. I’m graduating in spring of 2019! I hope to either go for my masters or do some freelance work next.
Hi, my name is Mary. I will be boarding your furry friends in my home. You can expect your pets to receive lots of attention, loving care, and a safe home environment while they board with me. I have lots of personal experience around animals. I was raised my whole life with dogs at home, I board a family member’s dog throughout the year, and I’ve owned a cockatiel for the past 12 years. Rest assured, your pet will be happy and feel safe until your return!
Michelle has always enjoyed taking care of animals. She believes all pets should be treated as her own. Michelle and her family have lived in St. Charles for 20 years with their 14 egg laying hens and their mini Aussie named Lambeau. In her free time, she and her family enjoy boating on the Fox River.
